ASID 2010 Community Service TeamIn 1997 HomeAid Orange County recruited the National Association of Women In Construction (NAWIC) to renovate the girl's home for Boys Hope Girls Hope - a non-profit agency that focuses on helping good kids in bad situations. Thirteen years later the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) Orange County Chapter's 2010 Community Service project joined with NAWIC and HomeAid to lead the work along with more than 100 individuals and companies who donated their time and resources (see the Contributors to Date list below) to enhance the home with new lighting, furniture, paint, upgrades in the kitchen, dining room and bathrooms.
