How does HomeAid's Material Donations Program work?
HomeAid Orange County accepts new and used building-related materials from contractors, suppliers, remodelers, property managers and individuals. Materials are used directly in the construction or remodeling of a HomeAid project. If items can't be used on a current project, items are placed on consignment with Habitat for Humanity® of Orange County ReStore. The ReStore sells items at greatly reduced prices to the general public and HomeAid receives 50% of the sale price.
What is the Habitat ReStore?
The ReStore is a discount home improvement center that sells quality new and previously owned goods at discounted prices to the public. Whether you are a general contractor, do-it-yourselfer, antique lover or apartment owner, the ReStore will have items to suit your style and budget. http://www.restoreoc.org/
